REMINGTON’S AT THE SCOTTSDALE PLAZA RESORT ANNOUNCES MARCH WINEMAKER DINNER
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – Remington’s Restaurant and Lounge at The Scottsdale Plaza Resort will be presenting a four course fixed menu designed to pair with wine selections from Rodney Strong Vineyards.
On March 22nd, guests are invited to explore the tastes of chef inspired courses paired expertly with selected wines. The reception, four course meal, and wine education flow seamlessly for an evening of enjoyment and inspiration.

Red Snapper Ceviche with Rubbed Jalapeno Essence, Lime Emulsion, and Pea Tendrils;
2015 Charlotte’s Home Sauvignon Blanc.
Wild Mushroom Polenta Cake served with Farmer Greens, Meyer Lemon Infused Oil, and Shaved Gruyere;
2014 Russian River Valley Pinot Noir.
Braised Short Rib served with a Marionberry Reduction, Celery Root Puree, and Grilled Fiddlehead Ferns;
2013 Reserve Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon.

The Winemakers Dinner will begin promptly at 6:00pm on March 22nd. The cost for this exclusive dinner is $100 per person, plus tax and 20% gratuity.
Guests can look forward to learning more about wine, tasting unique food and wine pairings, and unwinding in the comfortable Remington’s dining room while listening to the sounds of Chris Haas.
