Easter Brunch in the Grande Ballroom

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – Leave the cooking to professionals and celebrate Easter with family and friends in the Grande Ballroom at the Scottsdale Plaza Resort. The Plaza is excited to celebrate a favorite Spring occasion, Easter Sunday Brunch, from 10:00am to 3:30pm on April 16th.

 Indulge in an array of culinary specialties on a buffet that features all of your favorite things including:  

 From the Sea & Chilled: Jumbo Shrimp, Snow Crab Claws & Marinated Mussels.

 Spring Greens & Things:

  • Seasonal Sliced Melons & Berries
  • Field Greens with Carrot Curls, European Cucumbers, Shaved Radish & Red Onion Slivers, Green Goddess Dressing & Herb Vinaigrette
  • Spinach & Arugula with Crumbled Goat Cheese, Toasted Almonds, Golden Raisins & Lemon Honey Vinaigrette

 Roasted & Carved Station: Herb Crusted Prime Rib with Rosemary & Thyme Au Jus & Horseradish Cream and a Brown Sugar & Bourbon Glazed Ham with Green Peppercorn Mustard & a Bourbon Apricot Sauce.

 Breakfast:

  • Custom Omelet Station
  • Poached Eggs over sautéed Spinach on Cornbread Crostini with Green Chile Hollandaise
  • Boar’s Head Thick Cut Bacon & Breakfast Sausage
  • French Toast Bread Pudding with Berry Compote & Dulce de Leche

 

Entrees:  Pan Roasted Chicken Breasts laying on Braised Chard with White Wine Garlic Sauce and Corvina Sea Bass lacquered with Pomegranate Orange Glace bedded with Pea Tendrils.

 Savory Sides: Smashed Yukon Potatoes with Roasted Garlic, Wild Rice & Roasted Butternut Squash, and Asparagus & Charred Baby Carrots with Herb Lemon Pesto.

 Desserts: An array of Spring Pastries, Petit Fours and Tarts along with a Strawberry Shortcake Bar.

 Children’s Buffet: Little Bunny Snacks, Crispy Chicken Fingers, Super Cheesy Noodles and Tater Puffs, Donut Holes, Chocolate Mousse with Crushed Oreos & Jell-O.

 Complimentary Mimosas included in Brunch price.

 Build your own Bloody Mary Bar: Your choice of over 15 gourmet toppings and a variety of hot sauces and seasonings.

 The Easter Brunch Buffet is $65 plus tax and gratuity for adults, $26 plus tax and gratuity for ages 13-18, $18 plus tax and gratuity for ages 6-12, and no cost to children 6 years and under.
