REMINGTON’S MAY PRIX FIXE DINING TRIO MENU
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – Remington’s Restaurant and Lounge at The Scottsdale Plaza Resort will be celebrating the month of May with unique flavors from under the sea.
Through May 31st, guests can enjoy a menu with delectable dishes with a seaside flare. Guests choose one item from each course:
- Scampi Style Mussels
green lip mussels sautéed with garlic, tomatoes, and torn basil. served with French bread.
- Cured Salmon
cured salmon with chopped egg, capers, onion, tomatoes, and fresh lemon
- Jumbo Scallops
jumbo scallops fixed with sunflower seeds and oven roasted vegetables
- Macadamia Nut Crusted Halibut
Alaskan halibut with macadamia nut, lemon beurre blanc, and steamed asparagus spears
- Chocolate Layer Crunch
creamy chocolate mousses and nougat with crisp wafers
- Lemon Curd
short bread cookie with fresh season berries topped with whipped cream
The Prix Fixe Dining Trio is $50 plus tax and gratuity. Purchase one Prix Fixe Dining Trio, receive another compliments of the chef. Each Dining Trio is accompanied by choice of chardonnay, cabernet or merlot from La Terre Cellars, California.
