SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – Remington’s Restaurant and Lounge at The Scottsdale
Plaza Resort will be celebrating the month of August while presenting the Tastes
Through August 31th, patrons can enjoy the tastes of Italy with this tastefully

- The White Pizza
A handcrafted pizza with a 5 blend cheese sauce, micro basil pesto, first press
poached tomatoes, and roasted baby artichoke.
- Sicilian Tuna Carpaccio
Thinly sliced big-eye tuna served with sea-salt brined capers, local micro
mustard greens, Ricotta Salata, Queen Creek lemon oil, shaved sweet onion,
and grilled bread.
- Herbed Chicken Arugula Roulade
Served with pear gorgonzola gastrique, roasted eggplant penne with a light
tomato cream sauce, and shaved reggiano.
- Steak Pizzaiola
Grilled Buffalo Rib eye with scorched tomato sweet pepper sauce served with
spaghetti greens & oil.
- Mascarpone Cream Puffs
House made cream puffs filled with whipped mascarpone and strawberry and
topped with a chocolate ganache drizzle.
Layers of rum and coffee soaked lady fingers, coffee gelato, sweetened
mascarpone and topped with cocoa powder and chocolate shavings.
The Prix Fixe Dining Trio is $65 plus tax and gratuity. Purchase one Prix Fixe
Dining Trio, receive another compliments of the chef. Each Dining Trio is
accompanied by a glass of wine from La Terre Cellars, your choice of
Chardonnay, Cabernet, or Merlot.
Guests looking to sit back and relax will relish in live music performed by some of
the Valley’s finest musicians multiple nights a week at Remington’s Lounge.
