1) Is the wedding cake included?
Yes. You will meet directly with a professional wedding cake
baker who will customize your wedding cake to your specifications.
Our brides rave over our moist and mouthwatering wedding cakes.
We pride ourselves on friendly, knowledgeable and professional
service.
2) Are accommodations for the bride and
groom included in the wedding package?
Yes. A luxurious suite is included for your wedding night.
All guestrooms and suites feature color cable television,
telephones with voice mail, electronic key locks, hair dryers,
a fully stocked servi-bar, plush terrycloth bathrobes, iron
and ironing board, coffee maker, in-room safe, in-room movies,
and full-length mirrored wardrobes.
3) Is the use of the reception space
and dance floor included?
Both are included in the Plaza Perfect Wedding Package. Celebrate
your special day among the gardens in the gazebo area, dance
the night away under the stars in the Terraza, which provides
7,200 square feet of space or plan an extravagant reception
in the Grande Ballroom illuminated by candlelight.
4) Can I bring my own food and beverage?
All food and beverage must be provided though The Scottsdale
Plaza Resort. Let us see to all of the catering details. Our
Catering and Banquet Departments specialize in creativity,
attention to detail and highly dedicated customer service.
5) May we take advantage of the various
photo opportunities on the resort grounds?
You are welcome to take pictures on all 40 beautifully landscaped
acres in the shadow of famed Camelback Mountain. May we suggest
taking a photo by the enormous cascading fountain on the southeast
corner of the property? It will be sure to make a big impression!
6) Do you provide facilities for a wedding
ceremony?
Yes. Our expert catering managers can arrange your dream
ceremony in our beautiful, intimate Gazebo surrounded by fresh
garden flowers, lush trees and green grass.
7) How do I plan a wedding?
The Scottsdale Plaza Resort is a full service facility. We
can take care of the myriad of details right down to the last
strawberry on the wedding cake. However, getting the marriage
license is up to you.
8) Can I bring my own vendors?
From Ahwatukee to Ajo, we'll provide you with a list of the
best wedding vendors to choose from in the area. However,
if you have that favorite photographer or florist, please
feel free to use them.
9) How much does a wedding cost?
Because every couple has different priorities and the cost
of wedding services vary, we offer a rough guideline to get
you started as well as expert advice on stretching your wedding
dollars.
10) Is there a limit to the amount of
guests we can invite?
The Scottsdale Plaza Resort provides comfortable and elegant
facilities for 2 or up to 800 guests. |
