and architect Gary Panks, the Talon course features
an island tee and green with a swinging bridge over
a 22-foot-deep box canyon. The Raptor course, which
was designed by Tom Fazio, is traditional in style with
massive bunkers and bent grass greens.

Talking Stick created by Ben Crenshaw and Bill Coore,
is a 36-hole golf course on the Salt River Pima Maricopa
Indian Community. Reminiscent of a Scottish Links style
course, the North 18 is a low profile desert grassland
setting with crowned greens, run up green sights, expansive
fairways and native grasses. Using traditional American
design, the South 18 is more elevated with receptive
concave greens, scalloped bunkers and native trees.
