At approximately 570 square feet, this spacious accessible suite includes two rooms that allow for separate living and sleeping areas with private patios, and private, exterior-facing ground floor access close to parking. The living area offers a sofa, television, and wet bar equipped with refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker, while the bedroom comes complete with two queen-size beds with an additional television and separate shower area.

Some of the many features in this accessible suite include a lowered entry door, safety latches, and peepholes. For the hearing impaired, the hearing aid-comparative phone system has a visual fire alarm and HAC/VC (ADA) handset volume boost with three distinct levels.

The bathroom offers a roll-in shower with foldable seat and height-adjustable shower head, levered door and faucet handles, and wheelchair-friendly vanity, counters, and door clearance. Additional convenience items are available upon request by contacting the Front Desk.

The entrance doorway to the guest room and to the bathroom inside provide at least 35’’ of clear width.
