As COVID-19 has impacted the world’s needs for health and sanitation standards, Scottsdale Plaza has made the following changes to its physical property, employee communication and training, guest communication, property, and room preparedness in our commitment to provide accommodations in accordance with CDC guidelines and recommendations.
With over 40 acres of lush gardens and courtyards and some of Scottsdale’s most spacious rooms and suites, you are guaranteed to feel right at home. Our five heated pools throughout the resort offer plenty of space to spread out.
Our accommodations feature extra sanitizing wipes, individual air conditioning units to provide clean fresh air, and accessibility via an exterior front door from open-air corridors to minimize touch points. Emphasis is added to touch points during the cleaning process.
With the health and safety of our Scottsdale Plaza guests and employees in mind, we allow guests to opt out of daily housekeeping services to limit the amount of interactions between guests and staff.
Temperature checks will be conducted prior to guest services. Treatment rooms are cleaned and sanitized in accordance with all CDC and AZ Board of Massage Therapy & Aesthetic Standards.
All Fitness Center equipment should be cleaned and sanitized after each guest use; supplies are provided.
Check presenters, pens, tables and chairs are sanitized after each use or single-use.
Room service is available as delivery only. Printed in-room dining menus have been removed and replaced with digital versions.
All shared equipment and meeting amenities are sanitized before and after each use. Meeting venues have social distancing options, as well as outdoor spaces.
Seating capacities and floor plans are reviewed on an event-by-event basis to ensure appropriate physical distancing.
