Do I need to have my ID at check in?
We do require presentation of a valid government-issued identification at the time of check-in of the person who’s name is on the reservation along with valid credit/debit card matching your ID.
What does the resort fee include?
Our daily Resort Fee of $25 is added to all reservations and includes: parking, fitness center and classes, in room coffee, in room safe, local and toll free calls, business center access and printing, in room refrigerator, local shuttle and WiFi access.
Am I able to request early check in or late check out?
We do our very best to accommodate our guests- please call the Front Desk 480 948-5000 to inquire if we have availability.
What Security Deposit is required during my stay?
A daily deposit of $60.00 per day is held for incidentals. This deposit if made with a credit card should be released within 3 – 5 days of your departure. If made with a debit card it could take as long as 30 days- please inquire with your bank.
I think I may have left an item during my stay. How can I find out?
All lost items are logged and stored by our Security Department. You may call 480 948-5000 and ask to be transferred to Security to inquire if you have left an item with us.
Does the hotel charge for parking?
Parking is included in our Daily Resort Fee.
I would like to ship something to the hotel prior to my stay or during my stay. How do I do this?
Guests may ship up to 15 packages without incurring handling charges. It is important that you have your Name (and the Group you are with if applicable) on the shipping slip. All letters and packages are logged and stored until your arrival. The Front Desk will have a record of your incoming packages and they can be delivered 24 hours a day.
What is your cancellation policy?
The Scottsdale Plaza Resort has a 48-hour change/cancellation policy on any standard reservations and non-refundable reservations are non editable.
I have a question about charges on my bill- who can I call?
You may call our billing office Monday Thru Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm at 480 951-7400.
Do you have an airport shuttle?
We do not offer direct airport transportation. If you would like assistance please contact our Bell Staff at 480-951-5118 to arrange a private car service for $45.00 for a car of two passengers or please visit the following if you prefer to use another form of transportation.
